Workshop Coordinator

Andrea handles logistics, participant communication, and material preparation. She ensures every session runs smoothly and that participants have what they need to follow along and engage with the content.

Clarity without jargon

The team designs each session around the real questions workers bring. Pay stubs contain terminology that can feel opaque even to people who have been receiving them for years. The goal is to make that terminology clear.

Sessions use printed examples, worked calculations, and direct Q&A to make the material tangible. No assumptions are made about prior knowledge. Every participant starts from the same point.

The workshop team does not provide individual legal, tax, or labor advice. All content is general and educational. Participants with specific situations are encouraged to consult qualified professionals.

Four principles behind every session

Accuracy

All information presented is drawn from official sources including the Ley Federal del Trabajo, IMSS regulations, and SAT guidelines. Nothing is invented or estimated without clear disclosure.

Accessibility

Content is designed for workers with no prior financial training. Technical terms are explained each time they appear. The workshop is a starting point, not an advanced course.

Honesty

The team is transparent about what the workshop covers and what it does not. It is informational content. Participants are always directed to appropriate professionals for individual situations.

Current Content

ISR tables, IMSS contribution rates, and vacation day schedules are updated periodically to reflect the most recent official figures available. Participants receive current reference materials.
